Tenants wishing to host any special events for more than thirty-five (35) or more guests on Airport leasehold or any event that is occurring on the AOA side of Airport leasehold must obtain written approval from the Airport Director. Tenants must submit the completed Special Event Application with the requirements stated in the memo no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event.
