Santa Ana, CA - Airport Director Alan L. Murphy announced the appointment of Loan Leblow as the Assistant Airport Director. Leblow will be responsible for assisting Murphy in the day-to-day operations of Airport activities. 

Leblow served as the Interim Airport Director since September 1998 while the County of Orange conducted a national recruitment for a permanent director.   Prior to her interim appointment, Leblow served as the Deputy Airport Director of Finance and Administration.  In this capacity, she was responsible for the current policies regarding rates and charges, budget, securing bond financing for the advanced refunding of $240 million outstanding debt, debt management, debt service reserve investment and financial reporting.  Leblow is a Certified Public Accountant and will also continue to manage all financial matters for the Airport.
