JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT OPEN AND OPERATIONAL (REVISED)

SANTA ANA, Calif. – John Wayne Airport (JWA) is open and normal operations are expected to continue throughout the day.

As of 10:45 a.m., wind conditions reported by JWA air traffic control are coming from the north to northeast at 28 mph with gusts as high as 40 mph. As a result, flights are departing to the north and arriving from the south.

Passengers are encouraged to contact their airline for up-to-the-minute flight status and for updates on the operational status at JWA, log on to www.ocair.com.
