Construction Stages

JWA’s Improvement Program is a multi-year program that includes the construction of a new terminal, two new parking structures and several updates to the existing terminal. The Improvement Program will be completed in stages and every effort will be made to mitigate the impact on our passengers and airlines.

Stage 1

  1. Build new South Remain-Over-Night (RON) aircraft parking area
  2. Stripe area for temporary surface Parking Lot C

Stage 2

  • Open surface Parking Lot C and provide free shuttle service between parking area and the Riley Terminal
  • Close and demolish B1 Parking Structure

  • Begin construction of new Terminal C
  • Construct new 2,000+ space Parking Structure C
  • Construct new south commuter/regional facility
