Program Team
John Wayne Airport (JWA) has begun one of Orange County’s largest-ever public works programs. While the Airport has its own professional team of top-notch engineers, planners, operations, finance and accounting staff, a project of this magnitude requires the support of a team of outside experts – including architects, engineers, planners and construction managers.

AE Consulting, Inc. is tasked with construction administration services for the temporary Parking Lot C, which will serve the public during the ongoing construction of the new Terminal C and two new parking structures. AE Consulting provides professional engineering services exclusive to the aviation community. Since 1992, AE Consulting has completed over 65 domestic and international engineering projects.

Butier Engineering Inc. is tasked with construction management for the new surface Parking Lot C. Since 1976, Butier Engineering has been providing the delivery of heavy civil infrastructure services for public agencies, special districts, and the private sector.
Construction Services
Excel Paving
Excel Paving Company is tasked with construction of the new surface Parking Lot C south of the existing B1 Parking Structure. Excel Paving primarily works on general engineering projects such as roads, airports, port facilities, parking lots in both public and private areas.
