Chair Junor called the meeting to order.

1. APPROVE ARCHITECT-ENGINEER AGREEMENT – TERMINAL C CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES (ASR 07-001244). Airport Director requests Airport Commission concurrence with the recommended Board action to approve an Architect-Engineer Agreement with Jacob Facilities, Inc. in the not to exceed amount of $14,695,639 for the construction management services for Terminal C and renovation of Terminals A and B. Responding to Commissioner Welsh, Director Murphy stated that this estimate is within the budget and confirmed that the interviewed personnel would be leading the project. Responding to Vice Chair Bristol, Director Murphy informed the Commission that the contract did not have an end date to ensure that all aspects of the project were not limited to a specific date.
   
   On the motion and second of Commissioner Welsh and Vice Chair Bristol, Item 2 was passed unanimously.

2. ADJOURNMENT OF PUBLIC MEETING. Having no further business to conduct, the public meeting was adjourned at 6:02 pm
