WHAT: Effective Wednesday, April 25, United Airlines will temporarily move their ticket counter operations to Terminal C. US Airways counter operations will remain in Terminal B and baggage will be temporarily screened adjacent to their ticket counter. The temporary move of United Airlines ticket counters and lobby baggage screening for US Airways is necessary to allow the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to make security upgrades to the baggage handling system in Terminal B.
WHEN: Effective Wednesday, April 25 - for a period of approximately eight (8) weeks.
WHY:
While construction is underway, passengers should give themselves 90 minutes to two hours to find parking, check their luggage and go through the security checkpoint to ensure they are at their gate in time for their flight.
