JWA’s Improvement Program is a multi-year program that includes the construction of a new terminal, two new parking structures and several updates to the existing terminal.

Stage 1
- Build new South Remain-Over-Night (RON) aircraft parking area
- Stripe area for temporary surface Parking Lot C

- Open surface Parking Lot C and provide free shuttle service between parking area and the Riley Terminal
- Close and demolish B1 Parking Structure

- Begin construction of new Terminal C
- Construct new 2,000+ space Parking Structure C
- Construct new south commuter/regional
facility
